Bright headlights as a form of gang stalking?
I recently signed this petition:
Since I drive often in the dark, I have noticed that many newer vehicles are driving with extremely bright headlights, which I often find blinding.
I suspect it is being used as a weapon by gang stalkers to cause TIs (targeted individuals) to have an accident?
I ended up buying a pair of night driving glasses like these ones, and they do help to reduce the glare a lot:
