There are several possible reasons for this:
a) Spiritual awakening of humanity - A growing number of people are growing tired of the corporate rat race system.
It is very hard to walk a path of spiritual awakening and work full time or overtime at a low vibrational job.
b) Deteriorating working conditions - People are gradually being forced to work more for less, and many are getting fed up and resigning.
c) People getting fired for refusing to take the covid jab - Some found other jobs, but many have not returned to the work force.
d) People getting sick from the covid jab, and are unable to work because of this.
e) People dieing from the covid jab, so there are less people in the work place.
Before the plandemic, vacancies that appeared on job sites, would be filled within a matter of a week or two at most.
This year vacancies have remained open for months on end.
The media has briefly addressed this issue and called it 'the great resignation', but have not touched on the truth of what is going on.
